The call happens before you pay any money - it's an opportunity to ask any questions you have and for one of our agents to help make sure you're selecting the best service for your needs! The scoping call is also when future meetings will be scheduled.
After your scoping call, and before your first meeting, you'll receive an invoice or contract with the services spelled out. Once everything is signed, we'll get right to work!

If you're just torn between which services best match your needs, no worries. When you schedule a call for a service, we'll talk about what you're looking for in an introductory scoping call. If our agent thinks another service would better fit your needs, they'll let you know and you can talk it out with them.
No contracts or invoices are created until after the initial scoping call, so you don't need to worry about being trapped.
Before engaging in one of our services, we always set up a scoping call. In that scoping call we try our best to make sure that expectations and timelines align.
Sometimes, you might have a project deadline that we cannot accommodate or need a special type of documentation we're not trained in. In those cases, it will be talked about and understood before you pay for any of our services.
We believe in being transparent and upfront. We want our partnership to be a positive experience for our team and yours. If we don't think we're the best team for your project, we'll let you know and try and steer you toward better options for your software.
